Only you. Your profile stays private too, unless you turn on Open to recruiters.
Do I need the Chrome extension?
No. You can add applications by hand on any device. The extension just saves you the copying on your computer.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in your phone's browser. You can also install it on your home screen like an app.
Can I take my data with me, or delete it?
